The location was super convenient, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus terminal and close to all the attractions. The breakfast was absolutely mind-blowing, and even though the staff spoke English only a little bit, they were incredibly helpful. I was blown away by the fact that they provided luggage storage and the comfortable rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including a hot plate for making tea, a small refrigerator, and a line for hang drying clothes. The daily room cleaning and the inclusion of towels, a hairdryer, a razor, and a toothbrush were a jaw-dropping touch. , the hotel had 24-hour reception and security, a restaurant, laundry facilities, a flat-screen TV, a lift. I was also pleased to find out that the hotel had air conditioning and designated non-smoking rooms. my stay here was top-notch and exceeded all my expectations!

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a nice Hot Spring spa and good customer service. The key location of the hotel made it easy to access downtown shopping areas and the nearby historical attraction. The bed was comfortable and spacious, providing a good night's sleep.
The room was quite old and in need of renovation, with a noticeable smell of smoke and urine. The staff seemed disinterested and not fluent in speaking English, which made communication difficult.
